Where can I buy Strawfield Pets products?
Our products are currently sold online only. You can purchase our products from our website and Amazon.com! We are starting to sell on Chewy too. We’d love to have you as a customer!

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii). We are working to be able to ship to Canada soon! But no ETA on that just yet. 

How will my order be shipped?
We use Amazon's fulfillment service called FBA to ship our orders. So your products will ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS at Amazon’s discretion. We have 3 Shipping Speeds available: 

Do you offer Overnight shipping?
We do not since the shipping options available are limited to what Amazon offers with their FBA service.

How do I know if items are in stock?
All items on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted. Any out of stock items will be listed by the indication “Out of Stock”. For specific questions concerning availability, please email bark@strawfieldpets.com.
